Internal Informant Policy
Violation of rules, laws, or ethics by peers should be reported to one’s supervisor.  Violations by one’s supervisor should be reported to the CEO. Violations by the CEO should be reported to the Board. No person following this procedure who in good faith reports a violation of rule, law, or ethics will be harassed, retaliated against, or experience adverse employment consequences. If an employee retaliates against a person who has reported a violation in good faith, that employee is subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment.
