Programs & Facilities / Case Management

Complex problems require help and guidance. That’s where the Rescue Mission’s Case Management program fits in. Offered at our Adams, Downtown and Tyler campuses, case managers support individuals and families and coordinate needed services.

This may include weekly meetings to set goals, monitor progress and identify additional resources. Or it may mean helping a client identify barriers to employment and coordinating an individualized plan for job skills training and resume assistance, employment resources and additional support for alcohol or drug rehabilitation.

Because some Rescue Mission clients have struggled to make lasting changes, case managers may work with individuals for several years. This additional support can be crucial to permanent healing.
