Announcing the Re-brand

Beginning this month, the Tacoma Rescue Mission will change its name to the Rescue Mission. This new name reflects our commitment to serve people from all parts of our region and, increasingly, more children and families.

As part of our name change, we’re also unveiling a new logo and tagline,Help. Hope. Healing.

What else does the new brand mean?

The Rescue Mission is more than a name or a new logo. It starts with our mission – to help people at all stages of addiction, homelessness or other life challenges. It is fulfilled every day in the promise we make to the people we serve and to one another. Because we help, our clients have hope. 

And when we are most successful, hope leads to healing.
